Since Mid March I have been rehabbing a tennis injury, I attribute to turning the ripe age of 40. Can you say depression, fatigue and atrophy? After a two months of fatigue, atrophy, depression and a little bitchiness (I'll admit it, no shame) I jumped back on a treadmill for ten minutes. Then did a few balancing poses and called it a day. I did little each day and now I feel the strength and the power and glory....amen/word/jai/rock out.

We all get behind for various reasons... sickness, our children's needs, travel, hangover, burn out, the list goes on and on... The Beautiful News is that We can change that sluggish, down-on-ourselves blues / guilt / frustration by taking ONE BABY STEP.

I challenge you, to do ONE thing for your healthy self today. It is Your pick. Maybe you chose to stretch before getting out of bed, or maybe you park the car further away and enjoy your walk, or maybe you take time to close your eyes and focus on the quiet wave of each breath, or maybe you choose a healthier lunch. You have the control, so you choose.

If you chose to do one small thing for yourself, please share with me what you did, I dare you!
).( anne
