Anne Poynter Cooper began strengthening her body and mind after a series of tragedies struck her life.
A single mother of two girls, her instinct to fight changed her life and others around her. As she became more “in tune” with her mind, body and spirit, her physical body followed with stamina, balance, and strength ( hello abdominal muscles!).
Friends and family quickly noticed the change and Anne soon found herself inspired and encouraged by helping others achieve success.
Through helping others she refined her approach to mind and body wellness, and before long Corebliss was born.
Today Anne continues to work with clients, both one on one and in-group classes, assessing and tailoring fitness programs specific to each individual.
Anne also hosts yoga retreats around the world each year for her clients and friends of clients to reground, relax and rejuvenate, creating The Ultimate CoreBliss.
